We are actively working with hemp growers, fiber processors, yarn spinners, textile manufacturers and brand customers to develop sustainable, farm-forward US hemp textiles.

From coast to coast, Materevolve has been devoting the last 2 years to building a deep network of professionals that share our passion for sustainability and scaling regenerative textile systems. This has included establishing new partnerships for research and development both at the farm and in manufacturing (ie. decorticators, cottonizers, spinner, weavers, knitters, etc), providing cross-education opportunities for holistic strategy setting , attending hemp industry events, serving on the NC State Hemp Constortirum, and much more!

Send us an email at contact@materevolve.com if you would like to work together on advancing regenerative US hemp textiles for any sector: apparel, footwear, personal care products, bedding and more.

2021 R&D Hemp Fiber Stand

Materevolve is working closely with an Oregon hemp farmer and select downstream processors to grow, evaluate and gain key learnings in cultivation, economics, logistics and quality measures for growing hemp fiber varieties in the Pacific Northwest for textiles. This video was taken in August 2021 right before laying the stalks down for the retting process.
